This is a newly remodeled and newly furnished gorgeous ground floor, single level 3 bedroom condo in an immaculate gated community with pools, spas, gyms, club house and BBQs. Located minutes to Red Rock Canyon, Red Rock Casino, shopping, restaurants, Wet N Wild and just a few miles away from the world famous Las Vegas Strip, featuring shows, gaming, rides, dancing, and the finest dining experiences.
The living room features a quality leather sectional couch and modern luxury decor with an LED flat screen Smart TV. Besides being centrally heated and cooled with dual pane windows, it also has a fireplace and a ceiling fan. Relax in comfort in this swish lounge while browsing the web. The floor coverings have been newly upgraded.
The master bedroom is fitted with a luxury King size Bed with Double Pillow Top mattress, 1500 thread count luxurious linen, dressing table and flat panel TV with a large walk-in closet and spacious en suite with his n her sinks, a bath and separate shower.
The second bedroom is at the opposite end to the master bedroom and has a Queen size Bed with Double Pillow Top mattress, 1500 thread count luxurious linen. It has bay windows and a walk-in closet.
The third bedroom has 2 beautiful Alexandra twin beds with bamboo mattresses and beautiful quality 1500 thread count linen, and a matching dressing table/mirror. This bedroom also has its own walk-in closet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and amenities stocked with cookware, crockery, coffee machine, dishware, blender, silverware, modern track lighting, and a pantry cupboard.
The dining area which also has modern track lighting, has a beautiful inlaid marble table setting and leather insert chairs and bench. The kitchen flows easily into the dining room and living room.
There is a spacious fully appointed laundry, detergents supplied.
The kitchen opens onto a porch with elegant outdoor seating.
The condo sleeps 6 people and is located in a beautiful community that has pools and spas, a striking club house, an equipped workout facility, covered parking as well as visitor parking, playground/park, with expansive walkways and manicured gardens.
It is conveniently located in a prestigeous suburb, within a few miles of the many casinos and entertainment venues that Las Vegas has to offer, the closest being the Red Rock Casino. It is within walking distance of a myriad of shopping centres and a strip mall featuring restaurants, numerous take-away outlets such as Starbucks, Sushi Tower, Big Dragon Chinese, Famous Daves, Tropical Smoothie just to name a few, dry cleaners, pharmacy, hair salon, health club, supermarkets, etc. You can see the Las Vegas strip in the distance while standing out the front door, yet are away enough to relax in the quietude of suburban living. The 215 Beltway is within close proximity, making access easy.
