High standard accommodation. Direct sea & beach views &, beyond to the Isle of Wight, especially from the fully glassed lounge & large front balcony/sundeck. Own driveway. A great 3 bed Beach House, sleeping up to 6 comfortably (4/5 adults + 2 kids), on a private & gated estate with private access to an uncrowded beach. An unusual 2 storey house with spacious open plan living over 4 levels internally. Secure & pleasant garden & good communal estate play areas. Be on the beach in under a minute where the waters are shallow & the tide can go out a few hundred yards. Swimming is excellent with the vicinity recognised for water sports, incl surfing & kayaking. Reknowned for fossil hunting at low tide & small fossils can often be found. The East & West Witterings are 20 & 40 mins beach walk away - less by bike. Numerous good nearby attractions including historical Chichester, Naval Portsmouth and Goodwood festivals for motor and horse racing.

“Pleasant stay”
