Description

This modern, Exeter City Centre , non - smoking, modern Apartment with Wi-Fi and Freeview TV/DVD player has a free allocated secure parking space included and sleeps up to 5 people. There is a family bathroom with WC, hand basin, bath and shower over and the Master Bedroom has an ensuite shower room with hand basin and WC. The kitchen is well equipped with all utensils and cooking equipment and has electric hob, oven and extractor fan , microwave , dishwasher, frost-free fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. This flat has easy access from the street which may suit families with pushchairs or perhaps some of the guests have reduced mobility , but all the privacy of a first floor apartment is retained.There are views to the East over the City towards John Lewis which is only 5 minutes' walk from the apartment and views to the South towards the Northernhay Gardens. You have close proximity to train and bus stations and the Cathedral is only 10 minutes' walk from the Apartment. For trips further afield, Exeter is a gateway to the West Country . Exeter is a great centre for touring, walking and cycling for those who want to explore the Devonshire coast and Dartmoor, or even visit the Eden Centre which is within reach for a day's outing. Exeter airport is about twenty minutes away by car and has direct flights to London as well as other national and international destinations.

You can visit the tourist sights and attractions in the city centre on foot as these are all a short walk away. For visits further afield, you have an easy walk to the train and bus stations. Also, by using your own car or hire car, as the apartment has its own allocated car parking space, you can travel to the many interesting and scenic places around Exeter and the West Country.

“I don't think there is any better available”

First fl all it was a pleasure dealing with the owner, Sheena. She couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment is perfect: in the centre of Exeter but at the same time very quiet; spacious and with a well equipped kitchen; two nice bathrooms; high-speed internet connection; a secured and easily accesible car parking space; and the most confortable beds I have ever encountered in a rented appartment. Absolutely recommended..

“Comfortable flat in strategic position”

I have been in this flat for one week in August 2013 with my family of 7 people (my husband and me, my three children aged 6, 4 and 2 and my parents). The apartment was really well organised, spacious and comfortable for all of us, with new furniture, two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Its position in Exeter is strategic: a few minutes walking distance to the center full of shops of any kind (High Street, Cathedral and surrounding area), to the Central railway station and to the Bus Station. My children had a lot of fun at the Crealy Adventure Park, situated at a 20 min bus ride (bus 52) from the Bus Station. All the family also enjoyed going for a walk or shopping in the city centre or near the quay (this latter situated at about 15-20 mins walking distance from the flat) so, even without a car and with small children, we could easily reach the main attractions of the city and "live" its athmosphere. Sheena, the flat owner, was really nice and attentive in providing us with all the relevant information and details about the flat and related services. She answered promptly to every question. I can strongly recommend this flat also for families with children.

“Convenient, spacious and well managed”

I stayed at this flat for a 2 week period. The location is perfect and enabled easy access to the centre of town. It was also easy to get to from the local train station. The flat was a good size and everything was in good condition, perfect for my needs. The flat had a washing machine which was very useful. If you wish to stay in Exeter this flat is perfect for you.
