A wonderful, detached barn conversion, one of two holiday cottages two miles from Alderwasley in Derbyshire, sleeping five people (four adults) in two bedrooms.Fletchers Barn is a lovely, detached barn conversion, one of two holiday properties on the owners' working livestock farm, located in beautiful rural Derbyshire. With two super king-size double bedrooms, one set on the ground floor, and one on the first floor,along with a ground floor wet room, this cottage can sleep five people (four adults). Both bedrooms can be conveniently converted into twins on request. There is also an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburner. Outside is off road parking for two cars, plus a patio garden with furniture and BBQ. There is also a shared games room with pool table and darts board in an adjacent, external building. Fletchers Barn offers couples and friends a wonderful base, with a mix of both modern luxury and traditional farmhouse charm. Note: This cottage has a Disability rating Grade 1. Note: There are narrow stairs in this property. note: This property has a minimum 3 night stay.
