Description
This beautiful converted barn originally part of the famous Chatsworth Estate, is set in over an acre of secluded landscaped gardens in the heart of The Peak District National Park. Located in the pretty stone village of Wetton we are nestled in the hills above the Dovedale and Manifold Valleys and there are literally dozens of walks and cycle rides straight from our door. For those wishing to visit the wonderful Stately Homes of Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall or the bustling market towns of Bakewell, Ashbourne, or Buxton or for the thrill of Alton Towers, we are just a short drive away. Even better we have a great little village pub 2 mins walk from your door!
The Little Vicarage Cottage has been lovingly restored to retain all of its character and charm by local craftsmen to provide luxury accommodation with all the mod cons including dishwasher, microwave, large upright fridge and freezer, DVD and Ipod player to mention just a few. Patio and BBQ and free WIFI. We provide loads of books, leaflets and information on the local area, things to do and places to eat as well as providing any advice you might need - we are keen walkers with our beautiful Border Collies Maisie and Nala so can advise on most walks! For stays of 7 nights or more you will be greeted by a loaf of home made bread, still warm from the oven along with Nicky's home made cakes and jam.
We also offer Bed and Breakfast accommodation for up to 8 people. Cottage guests are more than welcome to join our B&B guests for breakfast subject to availability at £12.50 per person or order a packed lunch at £7.50 per person.

“Wonderfull stay”
Very nice cottage ... and the pictures do do it justice... very well equipped and indeed spotlessly clean....everything you would want for a weeklong stay... the cottage is located in the quiet village of Wetton very close to some beautifull walks but close enough to the market town of Ashbourne
