Treat yourself to a truly serene mountain river retreat filled with soothing river sounds and magnificent mountain views. Spend the day rafting, kayaking or just floating in the pristine Broad River just down the stairs in the backyard and then relax on the top deck to a spectacular sunset. This custom cedar log home built in 2007 features 4 bedrooms and a loft, 3 baths, 3 queens, 2 twins, 1 futon, 2 wrap-around decks, backyard fire pit seating area, wood-burning fireplace, charcoal grill/smoker, WIFI, Apple TV with 52 inch Sony flat screen TV and surround sound (no cable), new washer/dryer, instant water heater, garage with remote garage door opener, hammock, log rocking chairs, and a foosball and ping pong table! It is pet friendly inside and out with a mesh-wire and rail fenced backyard and a gated upper deck. The extra large kitchen and is fully equipped with all new appliances and cook-ware and comfortably accommodates multiple cooks.

COVID-19 Cleaning

Note that the house is extensively cleaned and disinfected between rentals to minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission. This includes fully airing out the house, disinfecting all high-touch surfaces with 70%+ alcohol sanitizer, spraying toilets and showers with bleach solution, using EPA approved disinfectants for countertops, using disposable paper towels and wipes in the cleaning process, using high-temperature wash for all linens and towels, as well as providing hand sanitizer, disposable paper towels and tissues and protective trash liners.

How do damage deposits work?

If Jeff (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
