Description

Ninesprings Apartment is a fully renovated large bright and airy 2 bedroom flat situated on the fringes of Ninesprings Country Park in Yeovil, yet only 5 minutes walk from the town center.

If you are a small group of 1 - 4 people and you're wondering WHERE TO STAY IN YEOVIL, we offer a very realistically priced holiday let (often less than the cost of a B&B) in the heart of our historic town. Come and enjoy our lovely two bedroom flat which we've recently furnished and decorated. Double glazing windows throughout and new boiler system, together with a modern theme adopted in every room.

The large bedrooms have generous storage and views overlooking Ninesprings Country Park. Bedroom 1 boasts a double bed; bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. The living room comprises of 2 large leather sofas, LCD TV, DVD/USB player, plus bean bag. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven & hob, large fridge/freezer, washer/dryer. The bathroom comprises of a rain shower. WI-FI is available throughout the apartment.

All bedlinen and towels are provided at no extra cost.

“Perfect for what we wanted”

We booked this to stay whilst we were working in Yeovil over the Christmas period. It was a perfect location and very well looked after. Host answered our questions very promptly and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thankyou

Response from the owner Hi Thank you for your review and the kind words regarding the service and the apartment. I will happily address each of your issues I am a little mystified regarding any noisy neighbours as these apartments are always very quiet and respectful. I can only conclude that the person nearby is also visiting and that it was simply bad timing. I can only apologise for this but it is something out of my control. The plastic chair was nothing to do with the apartment, someone must have placed there recently. This has now been removed. Regarding the traffic noise, I’m afraid I cannot concur with your comments regarding this, as you make it sound as if the apartment is next to a motorway. The apartment is ideally situated in the town center and is located road side. However, Yeovil is a quiet country town and I can assure you there are no lorries during the night time and also very few during the day. Although there is some background traffic noise whenever a larger vehicle may pass, this is by no means at an unacceptable level. The apartment is equipped with double glazing therefore I can only assume that you had the windows open hence any traffic noise being amplified. Regards Stuart
