Holly Hill Apartments dot co dot uk for more info. This westerly facing barn conversion, first floor apartment is fully furnished to a high standard with open plan facilities. On entering there is a kitchen with electric oven and hob, a fridge housing a small freezer compartment, a microwave and the usual kitchen appliances. An area for boot boxes, coat hooks, suitcase storage etc is behind the door.

A dining table for 2 sits adjacent to the kitchen.

The living area has deep set windows offering commanding views across fields and woodland with a view of a village in the distance. It has a comfortable 2 seat sofa and a 1 seat armchair, TV with DVD player and internal radio. A collection of books, DVDs etc are available for your use. On a fine evening you can watch beautiful sunsets from the comfort of your armchair.

The bed is king sized – bedding supplied, a wardrobe housing drawers and hanging space and a dressing table with mirror completes the bedroom area. A hair-dryer is supplied.

A separate shower room with sink and toilet is entered from the bedroom area. Towels are supplied.

The apartment has gas central heating, smoke detectors, and is fully insulated. The conversion during 2012 has been completed to all modern building regulations and standards.

A washing machine/tumble dryer is available in the apartment. An iron and ironing board is in the utility cupboard between the 2 apartments for your use.

We are in a central rural location but close to Portsmouth, Winchester and Southampton with easy motorway access to many other areas.

There are local pubs/restaurants within easy walking distance, and some more within driving distance offering excellent menus. Larger grocery shops, butchers etc can be found in the neighbouring villages but a post office with convenience store is in walking distance (15 minutes each way).

“Fab long weekend away”

Picked Holly Hills as it was close to a wedding venue we were attending in the area, so we decided to stay for a mini break and we weren’t disappointed. Pam and Rich were very hospitable whilst we were there, they went above and beyond!! The apartment was just perfect, very clean and cosy. Can’t fault it at all. Super comfy bed and a lovely welcome pack on arrival. We will definitely return, hopefully next year.

“Beautiful, welcoming accommodation”

We have been so impressed. Pam greeted us in person and welcomed us with all the information we needed but didn't overload us. The studio flat is perfectly laid out for 2, with quality furniture and build in kitchen and bathroom. It is beautifully finished. The studio has gorgeous views from each window. These are generous hosts- providing milk, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread and bacon and eggs! We would whole heartedly recommended this accommodation and will be visiting again!

“Lovely apartment with fantastic views”

A lovely peaceful rural location with superb views from the windows. It is convenient for visiting Portsmouth and its Historic Dockyard, Winchester, Beaulieu, Buckler's Hard, the New Forest, Salisbury and much more. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very well equipped. Pam and her family couldn't be more friendly or helpful. We had a problem with our car and they couldn't have done more to assist us. We'll definitely be back.
