Welcome to Sidmouth, the beautiful Regency coastal town in East Devon, regularly visited each year by those seeking more than just a traditional seaside holiday. Sidmouth has it all: a relaxed atmosphere, even at the height of the tourist season, and great places to be entertained. Alternatively, amuse yourself with a gourmet picnic on the beach. Just add good company…

The lounge area has French doors leading onto a patio area. TV, DVD player, a selection of DVDs, CD player and books are available for use. The well-equipped kitchen is fitted with a gas hob and double electric oven, microwave, washing machine/tumble drier, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and waste disposal unit. A comprehensive range of kitchen equipment, cutlery and crockery are available for use. Iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning equipment are provided. The master bedroom has a double bed with wardrobe and cupboard space. Bedroom 2 is fitted with a single bed, wardrobe and cupboard space. Pillows, duvets and all linen are provided and changed weekly. The bathroom is fitted with a wc, wash hand basin, bath with over shower. Towels (bath and hand) are provided and changed weekly. Please note, WiFi is not provided at this property.

“Immaculate accommodation”
We have just stayed in this lovely apartment for a week whilst visiting our daughter and family in sidmouth. On arrival, we knew from the minute we walked through the door that we were going to have a comfortable stay. We were welcomed with fresh flowers and a basket full of goodies and the place was immaculate. The owner Nancy has thought of everything you could possibly need and we can’t praise her enough. Thank you again Nancy.

“Apartment was very comfortable and very well appointed, first class..”
Having stayed in Sidmouth before we knew what to expect, but we were very pleasantly surprised by the apartment. It was very well thought out and the floral theme impressed. Attention to detail throughout was superb and my daughter especially liked her bedroom. Anyone could easily live in this apartment on a permanent basis and of course the location was very handy for Sidmouth but also quiet too.
