Description
The apartment is part of a middle age tower located in the heart of the old historical center of Florence.
It is surrounded by all the main actractions like the most important museums, restaurants, palaces and shops.
The apartment is on the first floor recently renovated.
The apartment has a private entrance, living room, single room, large double room, kitchen, toilet and a terrace in front of the main building of Florence, the Medici Palace.
The apartment has WI-FI and heating, There is a fix unit of air condiction is in the double room and a portable unit in the single bedroom. There is a big ceiling fan in the living room and available is a portable fan too. The apartment is 100% fully equipped with a wasching macine, micro wave, iron, tv, hair dryer, safe, sofa, armchairs, tables, linnen and towels are provided.
The kitchen has fridge,owen,pots,plates,cutlery,tea pot, coffe maker, and really everything you need in a use of a kitchen.
The apartment is for 5 people and 50 square meters large ( 550 squared feet ) there is a double room a single room and a sofa bed for two in the leaving room.
