Villa Porta Del Sol, 5 year old home, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, located on a dead end residential street.


Enjoy your very own private home and pool.

Just 5 miles to the beach and less than 5 min. to Hwy 2 and the Isabela mall. Local bakeries even closer. The Isabela mall has Wal Mart, grocery store, and several other stores such as clothing, shoes, etc. Surfing beaches only 15 min. away, including Jobos and Shacks. DSL wireless internet service. Connect your iPod or smartphone to the flatscreen Samsung TV, and Sony surround sound (hookup is available). Playstation and Wii with games. Stream instantly thousands of movies and TV shows with Netflix, stream live CNN and other channels, and play Pandora music on the TV. Also available is our DVD library which contains 100's of dvd's including over a dozen children's movies. Eight ceiling fans though out home, including all outdoor spaces. High efficiency air conditioned bedrooms only. Spacious closets in each bedroom. All linens included as well as umbrellas, blankets, and more. Looking for a good nights sleep, our beds all have brand new Sealy mattresses and new pillows. Kitchen has everything you would need. Toaster, coffee maker, blender, food processor, juicer, microwave, and more. House consists of 2 queen beds and two full beds (bunk beds). There is also an option for a twin mattress upon request. Sleeps 8-9 if you include the pack n play for the little ones. Just let us know what your sleeping needs are and we can set up the home accordingly. A gas grill, travel grill, coolers, and beach chairs as well as laundry facilities. Pack N Play with baby blankets are available upon request or twin air mattress. This property is fully fenced and gated for your privacy, with a 6 foot walled fence around the pool and patio.

Our caretaker speaks both Spanish and English and is available upon request. They will meet you upon arrival. Additional services available at additional cost are laundry, grocery shopping, driver, airport transport, cooking, housekeeping, anything within reason, just ask.

Just 20-25 min from Aguadilla (BQN) airport. Less than two hours from San Juan. This side of the island has much to offer such as the famous Jobos Beach, Crash Boat Beach, Shacks Beach, Guajataca Forest, San Sebastian Flee Market, Camuy River Cave Park, Arecibo Observatory (words largest single-apeture telescope) among many other sites. Rincon is about 45 min. away, which is another good day trip, as well as the must see bioluminescent tour in La Parguera. There are countless things to do in the Porta Del Sol and surrounding area. We can help you plan your trip based on your likes and needs.

This home is in a rural neighborhood with cows, horses, dogs, roosters, goats and other farm animals. However we are just a few minutes to the Isabela Mall, which has WalMart, grocery store, bank and many other stores. We are also just a few minutes to the main highway.

Our home is equipped with a generator and water reserve tank in case of a weather emergency or other power outage. Rules apply for generator use. Rates, terms, and availability are subject to change prior to your booking. A Rental agreement is required and must be signed by one person in your group 21 or older.Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received. Upon receipt of payment, directions and check in details will be sent to you, as well as our rental agreement.Cleaning fee $100 will be collected at check in, if not collected by flipkey at time of booking.

We are just 20 min. away most of the time, unless we are traveling. When we are away, we have a caretaker that can assist with any of your needs. You will find a binder in the villa with loads of information. Recommendations for restaurants, where to shop, day trips to plan and much more. Response from the owner Thank you for your response. Maelo is no longer our caretaker and has since been replaced. At no time is our caretaker allowed on the property without prior notice or permission. We mention to all our guests, this is an island and many things are different here than what you may be accustomed to in the states. There is no high speed internet on the island and it will get bogged down with several people using it at the same time. We work remote with two businesses and have no problem at all. But with a house full of kids all trying to stream, it will slow down. Gas on the island is propane. We tell all renters the dryer is slower than natural gas. We recommend renters to hang dry heavy items like jeans and towels and use the dryer for the rest. Again, living on an island we are using the services available to us. Most people traveling to the Caribbean are accustomed to these minor issues. We advertise a refrigerator and freezer, not an ice machine. There are ice trays for your use. We are not going to go into details on the renters, since that is not our way of doing business. No damage fee was collected from this renter or any other renter. We understand things get misplaced in the home and the occasional dish gets broke. Everyone has there own opinion and all our other guests love this property. We have 5 new reviews from the past year that we would be happy to forward to you upon request. This home is only rented about 2-4 weeks a year, so there is a limited amount of reviews over the years. However this home will soon be used as a full time rental property. This home also has recently had an overhaul of new paint and decor on the interior. Pictures coming soon. We are always updating and improving the home.
