Description

In an elevated farm location where Monks Dale meets Millers Dale within a conservation area of outstanding natural beauty, on a hillside overlooking the river Wye at the heart of the National Park, this lovingly restored limestone cottage with enormous original old oak beams & trusses is a spacious haven of peace & rustic charm with great character. It has 1 double bedroom & a galleried family room with 4 single beds, 2 of these beds are under the gallery & 2 are accessed via a short secure ladder. Kids love it up here! There is a bathroom with bath & shower. This cottage has a very large dining kitchen with fitted units & peninsula + full sized cooker, microwave,fridge freezer & dishwasher etc. You have the use of a shared laundry. Down 2 steps from the kitchen is the lounge with 2 sofas 2 chairs & 32 inch flat screen TV, DVD and free Wi-Fi. The views from the cottage are unparalleled down the dales & to the hills beyond. The south facing lawn with garden furniture gets the sunshine all day. We have 4 star gold award form the English Tourism Council. A tray of beverages & biscuits will welcome you on arrival. We have 3 cottages sleeping 12 in total.

How do damage deposits work?
