Description

Silence and elegance flat, with some paintings all the wall ('700).It is located on the first floor (lift unavailable, about 22 steps to be climbed). It is a beautiful home, with spacious rooms and unique features. It has a special location in the real hear of Florence, between Piazza Santo Spirito e Piazza Pitti, close to Ponte Vecchio e Uffizi. You can enjoy the quiet, comfort and privacy that the apartment offer, but at the same time to be close to the most important attractions. It has also a terrance where you can eat and relax.

It is close to many: restaurants, food shop,bank, wine bar, bus stop, cafè.

The appartament is composed:full equipment kitchen, with kitchener, fridge, Owen, microwave, dishwasher,laundry,toaster,kettle.Living room with a double day bed, 1 double bedroom with a single bed , 1 bathrooms with shower. Air conditioning, Tv, free wifi. About 80 sm.

The road owes its name to the boilers of the Wool Guild that many were in the Oltrarno area and serving to heat pools to dyeing of cloths.

The "Bucciolini Palace", which takes its name from the family, already owns of the "Palazzo Buciolini già Pitti" bought the Palace in the mid 19th century, the period when Florence was capital of Italy. In the entrance hall, in the center of the vault and on the gate there is the coat of arms of the family.

The frescoes date from the mid ' 700. As in many historic buildings there is not a lift, but there are 22 steps to get to the apartment.

Siamo molto desolati che il suo soggiorno di 5 giorni sia stato compromesso da averle chiesto (gentilmente, ho letto tutta la messaggistica che avete avuto con la sigra Eleonora) se poteva lasciare l'appartamento mezz'ora prima, alle 10:00 invece che alle 10:30. Quando lei ha infatti evidenziato che per lei era un problema le abbiamo detto che cito testuali parole "non volevamo sconvolgere i vostri piani" e che sarebbe stato mantenuto l'orario di uscita inizialmente pattuito alle 10:30. "I am really sorry that you holiday was not great just because we asked in the kind way (I read all the massages that you had to Mrs Eleonora) just to leave your flat half hour before at 10:00 and not at 10:30. After that you told to Mrs Eleonora that for you It was a problem to leave the flat half hour before she said to you that she did not want to change your plain and that you could leave at 10:30.. sorry It was so hard to ask to you like a pleasure to leave the flat at 10:00 and not at 10:30...
