Description

“Little Crossways” is a spacious family house with large enclosed gardens situated opposite the famous Littlestone Golf Course Club House and within approx 500 metres of the sandy beaches of the Romney Bay and being approximately 1 mile distant of New Romney with its shops, public houses and supermarket.

'Little Crossways' has a spacious lounge with colour TV, Freeview, DVD player and comfortable seating. Also a living flame gas fire.

There are French doors leading to the garden.

The kitchen offers electric cooker and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and breakfast table and chairs.

The lovely conservatory has a large dining table and chairs, settee and French doors to the garden.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms:

One with a king-size bed, having ensuite bathroom and WC.

One bedroom with a bunk bed as well as a single bed & a sink.

One twin bedroom with two single beds & a sink.

A children's bunk room with bunk beds & a sink.

All beds have duvets.

Bed linen included

Towels can be provided for an additional cost of £20.

The property sleeps a maximum of 8 persons.

The family bathroom has a bath with shower over and WC.

Outside the delightful gardens are mostly lawn with borders around and fruit trees. Keep an eye open and see if you can spot the woodpecker that regularly visits.

There is off road parking for one car. There is on road parking outside the house.

There is a £60 booking fee.

Pets welcome - £35 per dog per week.

Visitors are welcome seven days a week at Littlestone Warren and to ensure you get a convenient tee time, we offer bookings up to seven days in advance.

You can play in singles, two, three or four balls and the course is suitable for all levels of play.

No handicap certificate is required.

There are changing rooms for Gentlemen and Ladies in the Clubhouse and there is an excellent all day bar and restaurant too.

Practice facilities are extensive with an eight bay driving range, chipping and putting greens as well as a greenside bunker.

Why not bring the family? We have two tennis courts on site available for hire.

All bookings for Littlestone Warren are taken at a friendly, well stocked Pro's shop which is situated in the Clubhouse and buggies, trolleys and equipment can be hired from the shop.

How do damage deposits work?
