Open again after a 3-year break, we are delighted to be welcoming guests to this superb modern well-equipped recently refurbished space in very central desirable arty and foodie Fitzrovia, W1. Free wifi. Walk to tourist London or use the close by tubes. Head in any direction for a great day out. Amazing choice of restaurants, pubs and supermarkets.

This is a wonderful very popular beautiful, spacious, contemporary 3-bed / 2-bath apartment in Fitzrovia, W1 (with unlimited wifi). It has been recently and fully refurbished and furnished in a contemporary style. With a new kitchen, two new bathrooms, new flooring throughout and new furniture, it makes a great base. London is literally on your doorstep!

The apartment is on an upper level (with elevator) and is set out over one floor.

It comprises:

* Master bedroom (2.89m x 4.19m) with kingsize bed with recently purchased quality mattress, fitted wardrobes, TV, desk and full ensuite bathroom

* Second double bedroom (2.45m x 3.11m) double bed with recently purchased quality mattress and with double fitted mirrored wardrobes

* Third double bedroom (2.88m x 2.95m) with double bed with recently purchased quality mattress, dressing table and wardrobe

* Kitchen. Recently fitted and incorporating lots of storage space, it contains a full range of integrated appliances including good sized fridge, separate freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washer/dryer and coffee machine. It is fully equipped and supplied with all crockery and kitchen utensils

* Living room (5.6m x 3.1m) with large double aspect windows, recently purchased comfortable sofas, flatscreen TV, dining table and 6 chairs.

* Bathroom 2: full with full sized bath tub, shower fittings, sink and WC

There is wood strip flooring throughout.

This is great opportunity to stay in a smart, attractive property in a super and safe area. The apartment is in a secure quiet block in Fitzrovia, bordering Fitzroy Square. Located in the heart of the West End, there is easy access on foot or by tube to tourist London. Warren Street, Euston Square, Goodge Street and Tottenham Court Road tubes are close by. Regent's Park, Covent Garden and Oxford Circus are within a 10-minute walk. The City is a 20 minute door-to-door tube journey. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby in Charlotte Street and neighbouring Soho.

Getting around

You can walk to tourist London or take numerous transport options close by. Our closest tubes are Warren Street, Goodge Street, Euston Square (all within 5 minute walk) and Tottenham Court Road and St Pancras (within a 10 minute walk). Being so central, you can walk to all of tourist London. The British Museum is 10 minutes away. You've got Oxford Street / Soho very close by (a 10 minute walk), Covent Garden will take you about 15 minutes, Regent's Park about 10-15 minutes. Camden is a 5 minute bus ride. You can head in any direction and arrive somewhere interesting.
