Description

The Tractor really was kept here up to 2011, but now we have rebuilt its house to make a very comfortable one bedroomed little cottage on our farm. It has lovely views and a terrace to sit and watch the chickens wandering around and our Red Poll cattle in our pastures, and wave at the very occasional vehicle which goes up the road past the farm.

This is deepest Wiltshire, within the Cranborne Chase Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. If you like the countryside, want to get away from the bustle of a town or just a romantic break, this is the place for you, You can the see the stars at night here, go walking in our beautiful woods with a trout lake (fishing is available) or visit nearby attractions, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Longleat, Stourhead Gardens, Bath, south coast etc. We accept one or two well behaved dogs, but make sure they don't chase the chickens!

The Tractor Shed (1 double bedroom) can be let separately or together with the adjoining Milking Parlour (3 double bedrooms), for larger groups.
