PRIVATE POOL JUST FOR YOU! Spend quality time in your private pool! RENTED BY THE MONTH. It's located in the San Diego Coastal Community of Point Loma/ Ocean Beach area. This is a "Cool Classic California Pool Home." Its a place to relax if traveling solo, or share with friends, or family while enjoying a bbq on the NEW WRAP AROUND DECK ON PATIO, or soaking in the sun poolside. Our guesthouse is quiet and private, you'll be able to enjoy the private pool, or take morning jogs along our many scenic neighborhood streets. We feature a Queen size bed in the bedroom, plus a pull out Murphy bed in the living room. You'll enjoy a private setting surrounded by greenery, patio, and pool. . Book today!

All the best and perhaps warmer weather will prevail next time, for us the cool weather in August is a welcome break from the hot spells in other parts of the country. Warmly Pete

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Pete (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
