Description
A Grade II listed luxury holiday cottage, converted from an old coach house, with many exposed Horton stone walls and original oak beams, only 3 miles from the market town of Banbury. Upstairs the cottage has a double bedroom with many exposed Horton stone walls and original oak beams. It also has an ensuite bath and power shower, recently refurbished to a high standard. There is a small tv in the bedroom. A fan is available during the warmer months!
The kitchen/dining area is equipped with dishwasher, electric oven/hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. We also provide dishwasher powder, washing up liquid, kitchen towel, soap, dish cloths, tea towels, rubbish bin bags - basically pretty much everything you need in a kitchen! We also provide tea and coffee along with salt, pepper and many other basic cooking ingredients!
The spacious, comfortable lounge is accessed by three steps leading from the kitchen. It has a smart TV & DVD player. There is a digital radio in the kitchen. We provide books to read, games to play and puzzles to solve! A wifi internet connection is also available.
Well served by public footpaths, North Newington is a quiet, unspoilt village with a traditional country pub, serving Real Ale, bar snacks and evening meals.
The cottage is available year round and is ideal for relaxing weekends, holidays and short term lets. Heating, hot water, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. There is off road parking for up to two cars and a patio area at the front of the cottage with a small table and two chairs.
We welcome pets at a cost of £5 per night payable on arrival and our cottage has a strict "No Smoking Policy.

“Perfect cottage in a great location”
Well presented cottage, well equipped with everything we wanted in a great location. Close to Banbury was ideal for visiting friends, eating out and shopping.

“Enjoyable week at the cozy cottage.”
Very good location,lovely quiet village- Banbury only 2 miles away .Easy reach to Oxford and the Cotswold. Friendly family and on walking in to the cottage it was lovely and warm with a welcoming tray set up ready for tea with cake and Easter chocolate bunnies for us!We did have a lovely Easter holiday-THANK YOU.

“Beautiful place to stay”
