Description

Nestled at the base of Young's Mountain sits this three-level "beautiful house." It has beautiful spacious living areas, 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. With floor-to-ceiling windows, numerous skylights, and neutral color scheme, this home offers scenic views of Bald Mountain with plenty of natural light. You will enjoy an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings and rows of windows bringing the outdoors indoors. Luxurious comfort is provided on the leather sofa and love seat surrounding a stone wood-burning fireplace and TV with DVD and VCR player. You'll dine like royalty on a dark oak dining table with padded, carved chairs for 8 plus a matching hutch. Chefs will love the large kitchen with ceramic tile floor, skylights, electric range, microwave oven, side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster/broiler, coffee maker, and bread maker. They'll also find loads of counter and storage space, a food pantry, and seating for 3 along a counter. With a wrought iron table and padded chairs for 6, a glassed-in sun room off the kitchen provides a perfect place for dining and overlooking the flower garden.

The master bedroom is located on the main level and features a king bed, large dresser with mirror, TV, and private bath with large Jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and double sink vanity. A second bedroom on the main level also has a king bed, large dresser with mirror, end tables with reading lamps, and adjacent full bath with tub/shower. Upstairs is a loft bedroom with king bed, leather rocker/recliners, TV, bookshelves with a large selection of reading materials, private bath with shower, and windows offering panoramic mountain views. A 4th bedroom downstairs has a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, sitting area, TV, private bath with shower, and a full size washer and dryer. Sliding doors from the lower level lead to an outside patio overlooking the garden. There is wireless internet for those who wish to stay connected, and a gas grill for cookouts.

On the rear deck, you'll find comfy chairs for viewing the mountain vistas and listening to the waters splashing from a water sculpture into the goldfish pond. You'll enjoy a tranquil setting in this mountain home. Yet you'll be just a few minutes drive to the central Rumbling Bald Resort where you can play golf, dine in one of the restaurants, spend time at the beach, work out at the fitness center, take a swim, or play tennis.
