Description
Txoko Cottage sleeps six guests in three bedrooms and is situated in the picturesque Test Valley in Hampshire. With stunning views and the shared use of an outdoor swimming pool (heated in the warmer months), it is perfect for a family holiday. Originally a 19th Century stable block, the cottage has been recently refurbished and equipped to a high standard providing a relaxing, contemporary environment where you can enjoy stunning countryside. The cottage is all on one level with a large well-equipped kitchen seats up to 10. When booked together with Little Owls next door (sleeps 4) parties of up to 10 people can be accommodated in 2 cottages. A spacious lounge with vaulted ceiling has stunning view of the local church and countryside through large floor-ceiling glazed units. Two of the bedrooms can be set up as king-size or twin bed rooms, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. In addition to the family bathroom, there is a separate toilet and basin off the kitchen. There is also a wet room with shower, toilet and basin next door to the cottage and accessed externally from the courtyard. Situated off a quiet country lane, the cottage is within walking distance of the village shop and there are award-winning restaurants nearby. Close to the historic cities of Salisbury & Winchester and 40 minutes from the naval heritage city of Portsmouth.
A 10 minute drive from the award-winning Peppa Pig World and Paultons Park.
The cottage is all on one level and has the use of a separate wet-room and toilet next door, with non-slip floor, so is ideal for those with poorer mobility
