Set in the glorious countryside of the North Downs, Kindling Cottage is the perfect base for walking, cycling and exploring this unspoilt area of Kent, which has justly gained a reputation as foodie heaven. This beautifully appointed cottage offers peace and quiet in the timeless village of Stalisfield Green, yet everything you would expect from a 21st century home is available, including unlimited broadband, Freesat TV, Blueray, DVD etc.
The ground floor provides luxurious open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a range cooker, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A farmhouse table and chairs with low level lighting and comfortable seating are made all the more cosy by the underfloor heating. The spacious beamed bedroom can be configured with either a super kingsize bed or two generous-sized singles. Freesat TV is again available. The stunning en suite bathroom has a fully tiled walk in shower and slipper bath, perfect for luxuriating with a glass of something special!
Outside is a small private courtyard and terrace, fully equipped for al fresco dining; all set within the friendly owners' English county garden.
The Plough Inn, a renowned country dining pub, is 150 yards away (200 yards on the way back!) and offers meal delivery if required. Another great country pub, the Bowl, is less than a mile away.

Beautiful, modern well-appointed cottage with very friendly owners. Owners provided a generous welcome pack of groceries. Perfectly located for excellent walking in the Kent countryside.

“Lovely cottage in a quiet setting.”

I stayed here for 3 months while I was waiting to move into my new house. The cottage is lovely - well-furnished and equipped with everything you could need. The setting is idyllic and the owners are friendly and helpful.

How do damage deposits work?
