At Hutton Mills we can offer you luxury self-catering accommodation in a wonderful setting. The Mill has been renovated to a very high standard and can sleep up to 8 making it ideal at any time of year for a family holiday or for a group of friends. We have a well equipped games room to keep the children occupied whatever the weather plus DVDs and videos to suit most tastes. We have WiFi Internet too.

“Peaceful location ideal for family/ friends and pet friendly.”
Hutton Mill is in an ideal location, very peaceful and secluded with a wide variety of wildlife, but convenient to get to beach ( Cocklawburn) and places of interest. Paxton House 5 mins drive away. The house is large and light and airy, with a well equipped Kitchen Dining Area & Utility Room, Conservatory, plus large lounge., with lots of books and DVDs to use. The 4 bedrooms all en suite (one downstairs) are tastefully decorated and well equipped. There is a large very secure decking ideal for small children, with a Gas BBQ and tables & seating - lovely views over the countryside and garden, ideal to view the wildlife. There is a Games Room which was well equipped. There is plenty of space for everyone to have some peace and quiet if required. Whiteadder Water is 1 minute away from the house, where Otters reside along with a variety of wildlife including Kingfishers, Herons, Sparrow Hawks . Added bonus - Pet Lamb - Spotty lives in field close to the house - and enjoys Digestive Biscuits which caused the children great amusement. Karl the Manager was very welcoming - he was very helpful nothing too much trouble - he also shared his extensive local knowledge re: Wildlife and their locations and places of interest .

“Wish i didnt have to tell anyone about this place.”
It's the best surprise I've had in a long time. Place was immaculate yet homely. 4 couples shared the house with loads of room for everyone. Carl who looked after us was the most accommodating and was always on hand to help. Loved the place. loved the area.cant wait to go back
