Sitting on the dramatic North Devon coast within Exmoor National Park, Coastal Path Cottage enjoys a stunning cliff top location with uninterrupted views out to sea and across the moorlands while benefitting from direct access to the South West Coast Path. The detached cottage is bright and spacious within its own 1/4 acre private garden with varied seating areas offering an exceptional setting to enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the award winning local beaches of Woolacombe and Saunton Sands. The garden is secure for dogs and we have built a reputation for being extremely dog friendly. Superfast broadband and full Sky package are provided.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Sarah (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
