Completely renovated condo in the Famous Ilikai Hotel & Suites. If you are searching for an affordable accommodation for your vacation that will not break your bank account, than keep reading.

This condo is located right next to the Ocean in the famous Ilikai Hotel & Suites. The Ilikai Hotel & Suites sits next to the Ocean, just a few short steps away from the world famous Waikiki Beach. The Waikiki Beach starts from Ilikai Hotel and Suites. To go to the beach, simply come down the elevator to our lobby, walk across our patio and just a few steps away is the start of the Famous Waikiki Beach. The condo is completely renovated with Granite Countertops and has a new fully equipped kitchen with new fridge, & Stove, microwave, blender, toaster, utensils, coffee maker, Keurig Coffee machine, Rice Cooker, Electric Skillet, pots and pans. There are a many wonderful restaurants less than a block away, but you also the option of eating in if you prefer. In the evening relax with a glass of wine and sit on our lanai, enjoy the wonderful City & mountain views of Honolulu and Waikiki.

This condo can accommodate up to 4 guests 2 adults & 2 kids). There is a King size Bed with a new Pillow Top Mattress, complete with Head Board and Foot Board and End Tables on each side. The End Tables are full of books for guests to enjoy. We also have a Sofa Bed in the living room which is ideal when kids are traveling with you. A few years ago when we renovated the condo, we removed the dividing wall between living room & Bedroom to give the condo an open feel because 95% of our guests are couples. (2 people)

Large Ceramic tiled floors are throughout the condo, including the Lanai and bathroom. Two large Glass Lanai doors open wide to let in the fresh air.

We are providing Free phone in the condo with free long distance calls to Canada and the USA. We are also providing free WiFi

No need to rent a car here, You are close to everything. The bus stop is right in front of the building and so are the taxis, if you need one. For $5.00 the bus will take you all around the Island. One way bus fare is $2.75 or you can get an all day bus pass for $5.00 and use the bus as many times as you want. The location is one of the key features about our condo. If you decide to rent a car, there are two Rental Agencies close by. Valet Parking is offered by the Hotel.

The condo is conveniently located and is close to all major points, such as the Ala Moana Shopping Centre, one of the largest shopping malls in the state, is a 15 minute walk. There are many shops and two restaurants

on-site, including Kuai Market for consumables.

Also, there are many restaurants, such as Red Lobster, Steakhouse, Outback Restaurant, Charthouse & Wailana 24 hour restaurant, Starbucks, McDonalds, Thai Restaurant, Indian Restaurant, coffee shops, mini marts within a block of the condo.

The Bathroom has a shower unit which makes it very easy for our elderly guests to get it and out of the shower.

We also have coin operated washer/dryer facilities on our floor.

Every Friday night, you can enjoy free Hawaiian Hula show & fireworks right from our patio.

Getting around

This condo is centrally located. Everything is within walking distance. There are many restaurants within a block of the apartment. There are many shops onsite in this building. The largest Shopping Mall on the Island, Ala Moana Shopping center is a 15 minute walk. The Bus stops right in Front of the apartment. If you need to plan your trip, just go the lobby and talk to the concierges. We have two pools, one on the main level, back side to the left and a wadding pool on the second floor.

Check In can be accommodated at any time and it is very easy. We will provide you a code to our lock box on the front door. You will also be sent a Rental Contract and a Welcome Page. The Welcome Page has all the important information you will need on your trip, including how to arrive at The Ilikai, Check in and check out times, instructions for Lock Box and Wifi Instructions and the Property Manager's contact Information..

Great condo, perfect location. Needs to have a designated smoking area would be my only complaint. So Central, can get noisy of a night and the air con is loud.

Response from the owner I want to thank the guest for the review. We do have a smoking area by the patio, next to the Ocean by the Marina. This condo is scheduled for a full renovations this year. Window Air Con unit will be replaced by a split indoor system. Yes, the location is one of the key features of this condo. Thanks again.
