Typical villa with outbuilding, 440 sq. m., comfortably holding up to 16 persons in 7 double bedrooms, 1 mezzanine with 2 single beds and 7 bathrooms with shower. With a large private garden (entirely fenced), private pool, a/c in the bedrooms, sauna, barbecue, internet, washing room and parking, the villa is ideal for large families or groups families.

Outdoors and swimming pool

The villa is surrounded by a large garden, fenced and lighted, with a stonework barbecue and a beautiful swimming pool, 10 metres by 5 with a depth of 1.45 metres. By the pool there is a bathing area with sunbeds and beach umbrellas. There is a large loggia next to the main house, complete with a table and chairs, perfect for outdoor breakfasts or relaxing moments. Parking within the property.

Interior

The main house is on three floors, internally joined. The spacious loggia leads to the ground floor, with a living room with fireplace and satellite TV, a dining room and fully-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom. On the first floor, guests will find a double bedroom with bathroom with shower leading to a mezzanine with 2 single beds, 3 double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower. A wooden staircase leads to the second floor (attic) with a double bedroom with bathroom with shower. There is a separate washing room with washing machine, and the sauna has outdoor access and is complete with a cold water tub.

The outbuilding is 10 metres away from the main building and is on two floors: on the ground floor there is a living room with fireplace and cooking corner. The first floor has a double bedroom with bathroom with shower, a bedroom with 2 beds with bathroom with shower. Both buildings have comfortable furniture, with a classic and rustic touch.

Location

The villa is on a small valley to the right of the river Arno and is part of a large property. The surrounding area features fields, vineyards and woods. There are other homes and holiday homes in the area. It is a quiet location, accessible from a comfortable road with no steep sections.

Casa Rosada has central heating, a/c in the bedrooms, internet, baby bed and parking within the property.

Services

The price includes the first supply of bathroom, bedroom and kitchen linen, water, gas and electricity consumption up to 250 kW/h per week (extra charged separately), internet and baby bed. Upon request and to be paid for at the property are hired help, cookery courses, dinners and babysitter.

Important information

The swimming pool is available from May 1st to September 30th. For stays of 2 weeks or more, a mandatory supplement of EUR 200/week must be paid on the spot for the tidying of rooms, bathroom and linen change.
