This modern, detached house is situated in Darlington and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Mead House is a modern, detached house in a quiet street in the County Durham town of Darlington. The house sleeps four people in a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom on the second floor. There is also an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking and a lawned garden with outdoor furniture. With superb contemporary fittings, Mead House is a luxurious touring base for discovering the surrounding area.

Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage in hall. Lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk. Note: Due to the accommodation being on the first and second floors, this property does not accept children under 5 years.
