Description
To reflect the current uncertainty, we understand travellers wish for flexibility. We have therefore introduced the Trip Advisor Relaxed Cancellation Policy. Provided that the guest pays the full balance on time, they receive a 100% refund of the total amount paid by the cancellation date if they cancel at least two weeks before check-in (less traveller booking fee).
The need for hygiene is of course upmost in everyone's mind. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), the following additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property:
- all mattress protectors to be changed with bedding between bookings
- all bedding washed at 60oC
- all surfaces cleaned down with a suitable anti viral spray between bookings
- all furnishings sprayed with suitable disinfectant
- anti viral cleaning products available at property for client's use
- contactless property handover
A bright, modern house located close to the town centre.With both the town centre and beach are less than 10 minutes walk away, this centrally located house is the perfect base for your stay in Eastbourne. The house has just been refurbished and is complete with all new modern furnishings.There are four double bedrooms, two larger bedrooms with standard double beds and two smaller bedrooms with small (4ft) double beds and a new bathroom with shower over bath has recently been installed. French doors lead from the large kitchen to the sunny patio garden which is secure and private boasts a large outdoor table and chairs seating 8 people. The large kitchen is fully equipped and includes microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.In the modern lounge/diner, there is comfortable seating for 5, a TV with freesat and a dining table seating 6. Free internet access is also available.

“Lovely family place”
We really enjoyed our stay and the house was well equiped. It could do with an extra toilet downstairs for big groups but other than that it was fantastic. Clean and neat. Thank you

It w very comfortable and cleaned house . Close area.5min walk to shops and town centre and 7min to seaside. Beach Head around 9min on the car.
