Ideal for leisure and business people these modern apartments and spacious apartments are complemented with excellent apartment facilities that include all the essentials you would find at home.

Situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Southampton, the Southampton Serviced Apartments offer free Wi-Fi and free onsite parking.

The apartments have a spacious open plan living area and a self-catering kitchen, the kitchens include an oven, washing machine, dishwasher, and a refrigerator. The lounge area has comfortable sofas with a TV and a DVD player with patio doors leading to a balcony with seating. The master bedroom has a king size double bed and en-suite shower room with a heated towel rail, the second bedroom of slight smaller dimensions has a double bed. The second bathroom has a bath and a shower, along with a hairdryer.

All of our two-bedroom apartments are suitable for 4 people or up to 5-6 with folding beds available at extra cost.

The perfect central location of the Bassett Avenue apartments means that you are within a 10 minute drive of all the major transport options, including the M27, M3, Southampton Airport, Train and Coach stations, International Cruise Terminal and the Ferry terminals to the Isle of Wight and just 10 minutes' drive from Southampton International Airport.

Southampton city centre is approximately a 10 minute drive from the apartments, providing easy access to a wide range of restaurants and bars, West Quay Shopping Centre, Ocean Village, The Rose Bowl and The Mayflower Theatre.

Also in close proximity are Saint Mary's Stadium home of the English Premier League club Southampton F.C. since 2001, Southampton University and the General Hospital.

“Disappointing”

We have had lots of success in the past with properties booked through holiday lettings but this was disappointing. I messaged the owner twice about room for four people at the dining table and concerns about the bed being against the wall. I never got an honest reply and so was upset that these concerns were true! Positives - ease of access and directions supplied. Apartment is well equipped. TV/wifi excellent. Plenty of hot water. Negatives- noisy with traffic, bed frame chipped and sharp, wardrobe doors don't shut, toaster sets smoke alarm off, freezer was too iced over to use, only one bedside lamp, toilet seat cracked, not 100% clean. Wouldn't have been so picky if owner had been honest. To top it all you have to wait up to 10 days to get large damage deposit back!

The apartment is easy to find as it is set back slightly from one of the main roads into Southampton. It is fairly well sound proofed although I am not sure if you would be able to sit on the little… More
