Enjoy a week, even two in this fabulous upstairs end unit condo with large balcony and beautiful pond views. Nice large floor plan! Three full bedrooms with loft! The community of Sea Colony offers TONS of amenities, pools, tennis courts, fitness center and lots of activities. This is the perfect beach retreat. Recreation fee required. This community charges a $40 rec fee (per person fee ages 4 and older). Unit is 8 tenths of a mile to the Sea Colony beach and about 1.7 miles to the center of town (boardwalk). Come, enjoy and relax. Linens and towels not provided but are available for an additional fee. Applicable taxes and fees may apply.
