Description
The Blue Room is a double bedroom located in the owner's Manor House of Il Paluffo B&B at the first floor (no elevator available). It is richly furnished, with fresco paintings, antique furnitures and with a well finished en-suite bathroom with a huge shower and basin both in marble. There are 2 large windows with a wonderful view of the antic courtyard with the well and the Chianti hills.
In the Manor House, besides Blue Room, are available other double bedrooms all richly furnished, with fresco paintings and with well finished private en-suite bathrooms (only the Affrescata has a private but not en-suite bathroom). All rooms have air conditioning, central heating, a free broadband WiFi Internet connection, in the bathrooms air dryers and organic refillable soaps and shampoo are available for our guests. There is a daily cleaning service and every 3 days we change the towels.
The Paluffo Manor House is a historic 15th century building restored in 2010 conserving its original structure and design. The housing estate includes many common areas: the historical olive mill and wine cellar now used as a living room, the courtyard with the well, the antic oven for the bread and now for pizza but above all a unique natural swimming-pool without any chemical because the water is purified by water plants. All the estate is certified green building and it is surrounded by six hectares of land on which olive trees and grape vines are organically cultivated; our products, EVO oil, wine and honey, are available for the sale. We organize many activities for our guests: cooking and pasta class with a Tuscan chef, wine and oil tasting with a professional sommelier, chef service, pizza night, many kinds of massages: relaxing, decontracturing and craniosacral massages, as well as shiatsu treatments, truffle hunting, hot air ballon flight, electric bike tour and donkey trekking for the children.
There is a private unguarded parking free of charge.
