This semi-detached cottage is located in the Derbyshire village of Brassington and can sleep two people.Pail End is a semi-detached cottage next to the owner's home in the Peak District cottage of Brassington. The cottage sleeps two people and has a double bedroom, a shower room and an open plan living area with a kitchen and a sitting room. Outside is off road parking and shared use of the owner's garden with outdoor furniture, however the garden is not enclosed. Close to Carsington Water and a host of walking and cycling trails, Pail End is a superb cottage for a couple to discover the magnificent Peak District National Park.
Amenities: Electric central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared use of owners garden with lawn, patio and furniture. Secure storage for bicycles available. EV charger available - paid via app. Sorry, no smoking. Sorry, no pets are allowed. Shop 4 miles. Two pubs within a few minutes walk. Carsington Water 2.5 miles. Note: No children. Please note the property is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Region: The ultimate in "year-round" appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.
Town: Brassington is a tranquil, unspoiled conservation village on the outskirts of the Peak District National Park. Brassington has cottages dating back to the 17th and 18th Centuries and is a traditional limestone village. It has two public houses, both of which serve good food, and the bustling town of Matlock is just eight miles away for a wider range of shops and other amenities. Carsington Water is only two miles' distance and offers many outdoor pursuits such as sailing, boating, windsurfing and cycling.
