With a spacious open floorplan & beach views from nearly all rooms, this 3br + 2.5ba home sleeps 10 & features SMART Samsung TVs in all rooms, convenient single level (no stairs!), AC, folding patio doors that face the bay, & beach gear.

INTERIOR FEATURES

As you enter you'll be greeted by a spacious open floorplan concept, with floor to ceiling folding accordion patio doors that look out to the bay. The kitchen, dining room, living room, & lounge area all flow seamlessly & have water views. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances & granite counters with lots of counter space, as well as bar seating for 4+. The expansive dining table comfortable seats 8, with a separate lounge area with seating for 4. The living area is anchored by a custom black plush sofa with double bed, stunning 75" Samsung SMART TV, work/computer station, recessed lighting, and is flanked by an endless wall of glass doors that opens to the waterfront patio & allows for refreshing coastal breezes.

Rounding out the main living area is a half bath, stackable Washer/Dryer, recessed speakers with in wall IPAD for playing your favorite tune via AirPlay, automatic window blind & shade coverings, & automatic patio shade awning, NEST central Heat & A/C system, & tile flooring.

The Master Suite is perfectly situated on the SouthEast corner of the building (separate from the other 2 Bedrooms), allowing for incredible sunrises & water views. Features include a King bed, mounted LG TV, ensuite bathroom with elegant vanity & luxurious dual sinks, custom travertine tile, & soaking spa tub while watching cable TV on a separate mounted LG TV! Br 2 also has an ensuite bathroom with modern/sleek finished concrete counters & travertine surround shower, and features 2 Queen sized beds + a 50" SMART Samsung TV. Just across the hallway is br 3 & is the perfect setup for children with dual twin beds. All bedrooms are outfitted with a beautiful deep brown hardwood flooring.

Step outside into your exclusive ***55' wide Exclusive Beach-Front Patio***. This comes fully equipped with a patio table & seating, built-in BBQ with outdoor mini fridge, & automatic shade awning.
