FABULOUS MOUNTAIN VIEWS FROM DECK, SPA & BBQ / PATIO AREA and from inside of this CountryGetaway. GET AWAY from the hustle & bustle of everyday life and spend quality timetogether in our Country Getaway located in Valley Center, Calif., a Western Town where even John Wayne once had a Ranch and Grizzly Bears used to roam here. We are nestled among the lush Citrus or Avocado groves and Horse Ranches. You will often hear the sounds of the Hawk and the Eagle soaring through the blue skies from the DECK of this beautiful & Spacious 1 BR 1BA newly constructed Getaway over our four - car Garage.

COVID-19 - Just a note on cleaning procedures. We are very meticulous as we use a Commercial Grade Viricidal / Germicidal on all floors. We use Clorox Disinfectant Wipes on all surfaces and door-nobs. We spray with Lysol all pillows front and back All sheets and towels are washed in a Commercial front loader. All sofa / loveseat and dinette seats have coverlets that are washed between guests. We supply to our guests the following: Clorox Disinfecting Wipes, Lysol Spray, Hand Sanitizer, Anti-bacterial hand Soap, and a Commercial Grade Viricidal / Germicidal spray.

PRIVATE DECK with a great 180 degree mountain and groves view. Sit out and relax on cushy patio furniture and watch the hawks and take in the peace and tranquility that surrounds you.

WEATHER is fabulous, mostly in the 70's even in the winter. In the summer we have warmer temperatures 80's, 90's rarely over 95 degrees yet we are 1,300 ft. above sea level so we get a cooling off Ocean Breeze most of the time. Being less than 35 min. from white sand beaches gives us best of both climates because we are far enough from the ocean to escape most of the fog, clouds, and crowds yet close enough to enjoy the cool breezes in the heat of summer. We also have Central Heat and Air Conditioning if it does get too hot.

KITCHEN comes all equipped with all Stainless Steel Appliances and Granite Counter tops. There is a LG Oven/Cooktop and Microwave, and a GE Dishwasher. We offer 3 coffee machines, a Keirig Coffee Machine including K-cups, a Nespresso machine so bring your favorite pods, and a full pot Cuisinart coffee maker and a separate bean grinder including Starbucks French Roast coffee beans. We have some spices and basic condiments.

MASTER BEDROOM has Mountain Views from the large windows that have the Cellular Shades and curtains for darkening. There is a King Size Bed with 3" Memory Foam Topper for your comfort. A Full Length Mirror and a quiet Seating Area next to the window where you can curl up & read a good book. Also, we have 2 storage areas with plenty of room to accommodate a monthly stay.

SOFA SLEEPER WITH 5 " MEMORY FOAM FOR 2 - We also have

for extra comfort we have 4" high density foam toppers which are extremely comfortable and will sleep 2 more adults and can be placed anywhere and can be used for several small children.

LIVING / ENTERTAINMENT area is set up with a Flat Screen T.V. with a DVD player & Surround Sound. We have a large selection of DVD's available free of charge and lots of Games to choose from. Also included is a Roku Box where you can stream movies if you have your own Netflix account or Hulu etc.which is easy to sign up for 1 month for free.

BATHROOM is equipped with a Shower over Tub with Handrail Bars for your safety. We also supply a washer and Dryer and a large Storage area for suitcases etc. There is a large mirror and hair dryer. We supply towels & soap.

OFFICE AREA is complete with a New Office Chair and a hugh Granite Desk with plenty of lighting, drawers and Blt-in filing cabinets. You may hook up a printer and computer and have plenty of space to work if you have the need. We offer free WiFi and Internet. We have some guests that enjoy working from here.

FREE PARKING - There is room for 2 - 4 cars.

** CANCELLATION POLICY - With the Covid-19 and travel restrictions, the cancellation policy is more lenient. Try to cancel within the 15 days of arrival for a full refund or change dates and use your credit on another date range.

SECURITY DEPOSIT - $200.00 deposit which is Fully Refundable if no damage or missing items

It is necessary to have a vehicle unless you have a friend in the area that can help you out.

Interaction with guest

We live on the property separate from the vacation rental which has it's own private Apartment with a deck and a Parking area, BBQ, and SPA is below the deck. Around the Spa is a Private Full Patio and Grassy area to play Lawn Games or just relax out on the Patio while BBQing. We are available by text or you may call us if you have any questions. You have total privacy but if you need us, we are available.
