“Perfect! - We will be back!!” The condo was more beautiful than the pictures! What a great haven for my husband and I and our four teenagers. The kids loved the pool & beach. We loved the kitchen/living area. It was well stocked, beautifully done and a wonderful place to call home for a week. The convenience of the washer & dryer cannot be overstated with the kids. I also had wifi and the desk with the computer station so I could keep connected to my office - a necessity. Thank you Gus!

“Fantastic Home, Fantastic area!!!” It was hard to leave our week at Sun and Strands and we can't wait to go back! The home is lovely, the views are fantastic, and the area has a great feel. But renting from Vida was the start of a great experience! She is the most wonderful host. She takes great pride in her beach house and sincerely wants people to have a great time and enjoy their vacation. The accommodations are as described: upscale and well put together. Everything we needed was there, from appliances to beach chairs. Everything was easy. The views (especially the sunsets) are spectacular. There is an easy walk to the main drag to grab a meal or coffee. The beach was a little further to walk to, but the funicular helps if you need it and once down there, it is one of the nicest beaches I've ever been to -- and I've been to many. The harbor is just a few minutes away and the drive to Disney wasn't bad either. We expected to have a great time, it was a vacation. But we didn't expect to fall in love with the area and visit a place to which we cannot wait to return. Thank you, Vida! We'll surely see you soon!

“Awesome stay!” The house is fabulous! Great kitchen and plenty of room my our family of four. Carol was readily avail on any questions we had and offered up great tips about the area. The yard is so beautiful! Hot tub was a huge hit with the kids. We would definitely return.

“Found a new home...” Lois and I had all of March at the Seal Beach Guest House and from the moment we arrived it felt like we'd found a new home. It's a cozy, comfortable hideaway where you can see the ocean from the deck, hear it too when the waves are up, sit on the deck with a book or email friends with the wifi. We loved being able to walk everywhere - the down town and the pier are only 5 minutes walk. People are friendly, places to eat are good, there's even a barber who'll give a guy a shave with a blade and give you a beer at the same time...life is good in Seal Beach. Lois is retired and I've got a couple years to go but when the time comes we'd like to winter in Seal Beach. Our stay at the Seal Beach Guest House I can honestly say is probably the nicest vacation we've ever had.

“Fantastic” From the moment I booked, the service, response was fantastic. The property had EVERYTHING. Very clean, and well equipped. Comfy beds, plenty of linen. In a secure gated complex. Close enough to the beach, shops. Quiet, no traffic noise. Terry is lovely and nothing is too much bother. Thanks you Terry we had a wonderful stay.

“Best beach vacation ever! Location,location location” I just returned from a week in this house on Newport Beach. I the grandma, two adult kids and 4 grand kids ages 5 -12. This house was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the two bathrooms were great. Best of all was the location. We could be sitting in the living room,or on the front patio, or cooking dinner and we could watch the kids playing in the sand. The family surfed everyday, and there is a great break directly in front of the house. The little ones boogie boarded every day also. Of course it didn't hurt that we had beautiful weather everyday. We liked not having to bring linens and towels. We knew ahead of time to bring our own beach equipment and towels. Owner was attentive. All around awesome! And did I mention location?
