Enjoy a serene vacation on the Atlantic Coast in Bethany Beach, Delaware. Located just a few blocks from one of Delaware's premier "Quite Resorts," this townhouse offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There is an unguarded pool available from Memorial to Labor day.
The master bedroom has its own bathroom, and the sliding glass door opens to a second-story deck. Towels, sheets, and linens are not provided. But if you need them, let us know, and we can accommodate your needs. Linen service is an additional $75.
The living room has an open floor plan that opens to a screened porch. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the unit has a washer and dryer. There are 2 free parking spaces available in front of the unit. This is a small, quiet community with no additional parking spaces available. The unit is close to the beach and the center of town. There are many restaurants within walking distance. If you don't feel like taking a short walk to town, use the residential pass to park closer to the beach or restaurants. One pass is provided to you at no additional charge for the duration of your stay.
Although we love dogs, we cannot accommodate any pets on the property. However, we can recommend several good kennels in the area.

“Wonderful , quiet, convenient”
Easy access to beach and Bethany Beach sites cozy, well maintained , nice quiet neighborhood. Friendly owner. Lots of amenities. Wish we'd had more time to stay!

If you enjoy the quiet, it is even quieter in the shoulder season, but there is still plenty to do. In September there are lifeguards on Bethany Beach for the weekends and lots of local festivals. The Bethany Beach Town webpage lists the activities and the bandstand schedule for the early season. We are also close to Rehoboth and Ocean City, and without the summer traffic, it is an easy drive. We are in a great location to Bethany, but also just a short drive away from Rehoboth, Ocean City, or Dewey Beach. There is great fishing at Indian River Inlet or you can take a fishing charter from right there too. Caught tons of fish on our last visit!
