This outstanding, detached bungalow is set next to the owners home but in its own grounds with a private drive and land in the small hamlet of Clayton Le Dale, just two miles from Ribchester and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Sunnyside Shreyas is an outstanding, detached bungalow set next to the owners home but in its own grounds with a private drive and land in the small hamlet of Clayton Le Dale, just two miles from Ribchester and can sleep four people. There is a king-size double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, a twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside there is off road parking for three cars and a garden with patio and furniture. Sunnyside Shreyas is a wonderful base for your holiday.
Amenities: Gas underfloor heating throughout. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, Wi-fi, DVD, iPod dock, CD, radio, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 miles.
