Description
Elnagar Cottage is a charming stone built cottage set in a quiet location yet close to the centre of town. Suitable for couples and an ideal base to visit the many local attractions in Highland Perthshire and beyond.
The cottage is attached to the owner’s residence, Elnagar House. It is all on one level and has been tastefully restored, with modern fitted kitchen and shower room. Visitors may park their car close to the cottage door for ease of access. Guests frequently sit outside to enjoy the garden and the view over the town to the hills beyond.
The accommodation comprises: open-plan living area / kitchen, double bedroom and shower room with w.c. The living area has a dining table with chairs, a cottage suite and television with DVD player. The kitchenette has fitted units with a ceramic hob/extractor, fan-assisted oven/grill, fridge, microwave oven, kettle and toaster. The tiled shower room has an electric shaving point.
The cottage is normally let weekly (Saturday to Saturday).

“All round delightful!”
What a sweet and comfortable base for our super week exploring this beautiful part of the Highlands. A holiday rental where attention to every detail which will make guests feel at home and comfortable, is such a joy. When we were not out and about, sitting at that bench in the garden with a glass of wine was a delight. The Main Street in Pitlochry itself is a buzz with a great range of visitor venues in the way of restaurants, tea shops, gift shops, and an excellent Tourist Information shop. The walks on the fringes of town take you deep into the forest or along the stunning River Tummel and Loch Faskally, where the boating house for rowing, pedalos or paddle boards is well organised. Our best week away in a long time!

“Fantastic holiday”
We stayed for a week and explored the Perthshire countryside. The cottage is really central and you can leave your car and go to the centre or access local walks very easily. Fantastic stay and cottage was really comfortable and cosy- great holiday.

“Ideal location for exploring”
Cosy, well equipped cottage. Great location, loads of info on what to do. All Pitlochry attractions in walking distance. Welcoming hosts in adjoining house. Off road parking. We had a lovely week!
