Description
Edwardian terraced cottage within walking distance of the town centre and Seafront via the main road or picturesque riverside walk known as " The Byes".
A beautifully presented two Bedroom cottage, "Puffins" would be ideal for anyone visiting Sidmouth for a beach holiday, walking holiday, sightseeing, or relaxing break. To try to be fair to all ages, higher School holiday prices to not apply!
It has a comfortable lounge and open plan kitchen/dining room on the ground floor.The kitchen has a fridge with small Ice compartment,gas oven/hob,microwave and washing machine.The seperate lounge includes a 2 Seater Settee and 3 Armchairs,fireplace with electric free standing look alike wood burner and TV/DVD Player.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms and family bathroom. The main bedroom has a comfortable double bed,and second Bedroom a Trundel bed. This is a single bed that can be converted to a double or two singles. The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, basin and toilet.
'Puffins' has Gas central heating with a radiator in each room. Outside in the small courtyard garden a circular table with 4 chairs is provided and there is storage space for beach equipment, walking boots,haversacks and bicycles.
Although the cottage does not have an allocated parking space,there is roadside parking where a spaces can be found outside or very near the Property the majority of time. Brewery Lane is a quiet road with houses only one side.
