Description
This newly built small house is fully self contained with kitchen, bedroom, 3 piece bathroom, plumbed hot water to all faucets, outside roofed porch with hammocks, handmade wooden bench-swing, patio table and chairs. It is built using locally cultivated, sustainable hardwoods and is a quality building.
It is located in a private spot on a small hill at the bottom of which the warm waters of the pacific meets the sand beach in front of the house. There is an outdoor wood/charcoal barbeque for your use.
It is about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive to the nearest village, Agujitas, which has grocery stores, veggie markets, a few restaurants and a couple of bars. Caño Island and Corcovado National Park are easily accessed from this location, as are a multitude of other tours including horseback riding, deep sea fishing, zipline canopy tour, kayaking/SUP boarding, bird watching, night hikes, etc.

We are big fans of that giant Pacific bathtub out front and are happy you were able to enjoy it as well. We waffle on the AC thing - do we install it and increase our nightly price? Or are the fans and nighttime-hillside breeze sufficient? For now, we hope the sounds of the ocean and the fan-made breezes allow for good rest and a comfortable sleep. Thanks again, and maybe we will see you on your second honeymoon!
