Vale Barn is a detached barn conversion in the centre of Dronfield in Derbyshire. The cottage can sleep six people in two bedrooms with a sofa bed in the sitting room. The two bedrooms are made up of a king-size double with an en-suite and a twin room. There is also a bathroom, a ground floor basin and WC, a kitchen, a utility and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside is off road parking for two cars and two patio areas with furniture. Vale Barn is in an ideal location for discovering the Peak District and Derbyshire.

Shop, pub and railway station 3 mins walk. Note: Steep slope with handrail approaching property followed by 8 stone steps to front patio. Note: The galleried landing overlooks the sitting room, therefore care should be taken. Note: Maximum 6 guests including infants. Note: This property has a minimum stay of 4 nights.

Town: Dronfield is a Derbyshire market town with a history dating back to before the 1086 Domesday Book, and has a number of 12th century buildings which are still in existence. The town has a wide range of shops, pubs, restaurants and also a modern sports centre, and is surrounded by wonderful Peak District countryside where the walks are asking to be explored.
