This superb holiday cottage is perfectly located in a quiet area of the Chapel St Leonards village and just a short stroll from the village centre with its shops, bars and restaurants making it ideal for those wishing to enjoy a relaxing holiday or short break but with all the attractions just minutes away.

With a 21ft lounge with TV & DVD player, 2 double size bedrooms and a large secure Pet friendly garden, you have everything you need for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

“Home from home”

The bungalow has everything you need to enjoy your stay, fully equipped for self catering or just a short walk to the village centre if you want to eat out or pick up a take away. Same short walk to the beach! Excellent enclosed back garden for your dog to play in. Close to Ingoldmells and Skegness if that’s what you want. Heating is pay as you go by loading at the Spar shop just around the corner, we were there when it was cold and it cost us £35 for 4 nights. Just something to factor into the budget! Totally recommend and we would book again.

“Super holiday cottage”

Lovely clean and well presented holiday bungalow. Set in a quiet residential area with driveway for off road parking. Only 5 mins from the village with shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants and the seafront. The bungalow had everything you need and the enclosed garden was perfect for the dog, with a gate directly onto another grassy area for more sniffs. We felt at home immediately. The only reason this is 4 stars and not 5 is that you have to pay for your electricity via a electric key meter which is not a problem but was not mentioned on the website or booking information, only after you have booked which can be a shock, so needs to be added. Apart from that perfect for us.

Fabulous little holiday home in a lovely quiet area. Close enough to be able to walk to the beach and the shops but far enough away from everything to give you a sense of space. The garden is really secure if you have a dog and the rear gate leads directly to larger communal grassed area where our dog met loads of other friendly pooches. The bugalow was very clean and contained everything you need for a relaxed week away (even in the middle of the school holidays). Would definitely recommend and already considering a return.

Couldn't recommend highly enough, the pictures don't do it justice..exceptionally clean and fantastic if you have pets ...Good sized garden rear gate takes you onto a good sized play area for both dogs and Children Beach 10 min walk shops..takeaways arcades beach ...lovely clean village...didn't want to go home x
