Description

This amazing Two bedroom home has the view of The Empire State building from the home. Home away, from home. It comfortably sleeps 7. An 8 min direct bus ride to Times Square and a view to the most Spectacular NYC/Manhattan view. Magnificent!

THE SPACE

Two large size bedrooms, an ample bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area with TV.

Great natural light and wonderful space.

The apartment is moments form the heart of Manhattan. An Eight minutes bus ride costing just around $3 will take you to Midtown.

Close for Midtown Manhattan, Times Square, Theater District, Madison Square Garden, Grand Central Empire State Building, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Port Authority, and Rockefeller Center. It’s actually easier to get to most of these landmarks than staying in Manhattan itself.

You can easily get to, the Wall St., Upper East or West Side, UES, UWS, Midtown area. We are closer than any other NYC boroughs.

The buses run 24 hours a day.

You MUST use the ferry at least once. It takes five minutes. The trip at night is beyond beautiful.

-Skyline can be view from the apartment, Roof Top of building and a Block away.

-Only short walk from the Hudson River and the Waterfront with breath-taking views of NYC.

- The two-bedroom sleep 6 to 7 and the living/lounge area sleeps 2 or more. The apartment can nicely sleep a total of 8 guests (perfect for those travels groups looking to save $$)

(Apt is on a walk up 2nd flight up, which allows you to also enjoy the NYC view from the apartments:)

The full kitchen is fully equipped. Prepare your meals; there are pots, cutlery, cups, glasses, plates, a water cooler dispenser, coffee maker.

The kitchen has a stove, oven, dishwasher, and dining table to seat on.

-These spaces accommodate up to 8 people for those who are looking to save money on their travels. (Fulton and an air mattress is available.)

The prosperous and super safe Neighborhood is full of energy and life. Apartment is located in Weehawken, NJ, which is the closest town to NYC.

- A short walk to the Waterfront with breath-taking full views of NYC.

-There are Supermarkets and laundries (Lidl super market , CVS, Walgreen, Shop Rite, Dollar Store, \

Great local grocery and wine/liquor stores, Post Office, Hair and nail salons, SPA. Acupuncture Office, Chiropractor, Massage...(They can pick you up from home for your appointments :) )

-Laundry, Dry Cleaning / Alterations

-Amazing Restaurants (Steak House, Chinese, Cuban, Indian, Thai, Peruvian, Mexican restaurants and lounges in the neighborhood). Dunkin donuts/ 24hr. Pizzerias,

-Pharmacy, Banks, Post Office are all located in the area.

- Woodbury Commons Outlet, Wal-Mart, Jersey Garden Mall, Newport Center Mall & Paramus Park Mall, are accessible by NJ Transit Buses from here. Our City Taxes are only 3.5% (just a 1/3rd of NYC sales tax) and by the way, if you do a big shopping spree in NYC, say you are from NJ, have it shipped to NJ in a day or two and get it TAX FREE! (Only on clothing's shoes, electronic- Apple stores reduce tax for NJ shoppers!)

Easy access: - Buses to NYC, Hoboken, Newport & Jersey city right across the street. 24 hours SPA (YES, you can take a bus to the 3 stories 24 hours spa facilities - KindSpa

GETTING AROUND:

24 hour buses to Manhattan Time Square NYC leave from a few minutes away form the apartment.

-Bus will drop you in the heart of the City in than 8/10 Minutes.

-The Ferry will get you to Time Square in 5 minutes. Its an amazing walk down to the ferry station or you can take the free ferry shuttle bus which will get you to the river in a moments (You have to take the ferry, at least for one evening. Take a seat on the top to experience the best scenery ever :))
