“Short break much needed”

“Beautiful Barn with peaceful surroundings”
Such a beautiful home, in a lovely secluded place. Large enough for a group of 10 & dog friendly. Very spacious with the best hot tub I've used, easily fit 8 adults. The kitchen is well stocked with glasses, plates, pans, crockery & everything you need, home from home. A fantastic easy to use range double oven but a new electric version, great for cooking with large groups. The bbq is gas, just make sure you let Keith know if the gas bottle isn't there as we weren't able to have one as planned. Keith did bring a fire pit over for us on the Sunday. We did have to pay extra for our dogs on arrival, trip advisor need to be clearer with their filter search. I had put dogs down but somehow this hadn't shown up to the owner. Also please notice that even though the barn sleeps 10 people, it is charged per person, not an overall price. I had originally booked for 8 people but 2 family members decided to come along, this is also extra pp per night. The pool table is charged at £1 per game but proceeds go to a charity. We had glorious weather & the best time, Keith & Wendy didn't intrude even though they live next door. There could maybe be a welcome book or file with a bit more info on the house & things to do locally.

“Recommend to anyone”
Stayed here for a long weekend and was brilliant the owners were very nice and helpful and the property itself was perfect in every way plenty of space big rooms and a lovely scenic garden, recommend this place to anyone

Nor constructive we had near on 900 persons here over the last 18 months So to get couple of this type of reviews not so bad? We can win them all Shame you didn’t mention theses things when you found them as we cannot find anything you mentioned wrong?had you said we would of sorted anything as you didn’t say anything I’m little surprised by this review As you didn’t say anything was wrong I find this vindictive. after All this was checked everything and couldn’t find anything wrong with the cooker or the dish washer or couldn’t find any rusty pans or woke that really unfair. unfortunately had we known that you didn’t want look after your dogs and left them barking all day and night Was not fair the others who were staying here we wouldn’t of allowed them can nevertheless please everyone Thanks you

“Luxurious, Cute and Stress Free”
This beautiful cottage/barn conversion is incredibly aesthetically pleasing, the furniture and decor is lovely, all the rooms are big and the living/dining area provides plenty of space for large groups! The kitchen was so well equipped too with all you need. The Hot Tub was huge! Could fit a large group and the features of it were excellent, a massive massive plus about this property. It also had a pool table too which was great for some social games together. Wendy and Keith were very helpful and welcoming and I honestly think the rental is so well run! Can’t wait to return in future.

“Great stay, in a lovely home!”
The house was beautiful, it was very clean and comfortable. The owners Keith and Wendy were very accommodating to our group of 10 and made sure any queries we had were attended to straight away. We needed a few extra plates and it was no trouble to Keith who brought us some over right away. They live close by but they did not intrude or interfere with our stay. Keith recommended us a local pub called The Sun Inn, he even booked us a table for lunch, this was a five minute walk from the house and the food was lovely. The hot tub was clean and well attended to. Not that we needed it being a group of adults, but many of us are mums we noticed that there are (modern and discrete) stair gates at the top and bottom of the staircase. Great for family stays- or stays with pets. We had a great weekend and would recommend the accommodation. Thank you Keith and Wendy for a great stay.
