** EFFETTUIAMO SANIFICAZIONE AMBIENTALE **

Casanova 3 è situato al piano terra di una casina indipendente, dietro la struttura principale del Podere Casanova. Appartamento di circa 80 m2, per una capacità ricettiva di 4 persone. E’ circondato da pratino all’inglese e sul laterale ha un’ampia terrazza privata attrezzata per mangiare all’aperto e coperta da una tenda movibile elettronicamente. Sempre all’esterno dell'appartamento Casanova 3, c’è un barbecue in muratura, disponibile per gli ospiti. L’ingresso dà sulla sala/cucina dove sulla sinistra sono situati il camino e la TV satellitare, mentre sulla destra c’è la moderna cucina dotata di ogni confort. Di fronte all’ingresso, divisa da una porta, c’è la zona notte dove sulla sinistra si trova la camera matrimoniale, di fronte la camera doppia e a destra il bagno con doccia.

Nel prezzo è compreso il consumo di acqua, luce e gas, Wi-Fi nonché le pulizie finali. Sono compresi nel prezzo inoltre la biancheria da camera e da bagno. La piscina è aperta ed efficiente del 1° Maggio al 30 Settembre. Il proprietario ha l’accesso al giardino e alla piscina. I teli da piscina non sono forniti. All’arrivo è necessario consegnare un documento d’identità valido per ogni componente dell’appartamento per la segnalazione sul registro degli ospiti e la comunicazione alle autorità competenti entro le 24 ore dall’arrivo. All’arrivo i clienti troveranno l’appartamento pulito e ordinato, e così dovrà essere restituito. Anche se la pulizia finale è inclusa nel prezzo questo non vuol dire di lasciarlo in disordine e con la cucina sporca compresi i piatti. Se sarà così, sarà addebitato un supplemento di spese di pulizia.
