This wonderful three storey barn conversion is situated in Bakewell and sleeps nine people in three bedrooms.Bank House Mews is a stunning three storey barn conversion in the centre of Bakewell. This property sleeps nine people in three bedrooms, consisting of one ground floor zip/link super king-size double bedroom with additional pull-out stacker bed, Smart TV and en-suite bathroom, a second floor king-size double with en-suite shower room and a second floor family room with two king-size doubles. This property also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with balcony. There's also covered off road parking for one small car (not suitable for large, 4 x 4 or estate cars), roadside parking (75 yards, restricted to 2 hours but free after 6pm) and a public car park (400 yards, daily fees apply) nearby. There is also additional parking by arrangement. Bank House Mews is a wonderful base for a Peak District holiday.
Amenities: Electric underfloor heating throughout with woodburning stove. Electric oven and induction hob, fall and rise extractor, microwave, fridge with ice maker, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 x Smart TVs with Freeview, Blu-ray, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Covered off road parking for 1 small car (not suitable for large, 4 x 4 or estate cars), plus restricted roadside parking 75 yards away (2 hours for free, then free after 6pm)/public car park 400 yards away (daily fees apply). Additional nearby parking by arrangement. Balcony with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 min walk to centre of town. Note: Second floor bedrooms have sloping ceilings. Note: Due to open tread stairs and balcony open to external staircase, care should be taken and children supervised at all times. Note: Due to the property being close to a primary school, associated noise may be heard and roads will be busier during peak times. Note: No children under the age of 5. Note: Due to the eaves there is limited headroom in the family bedroom and limited space when all 4 single beds are utilised.
Region: The ultimate in year-round appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.
Town: Bakewell is an attractive little market town offering a good selection of shops, restaurants and pubs, as well as frequent local farmers markets, a 17th Century market hall and a leisure centre with swimming pool.
