Description
Wayside is a beautiful Victorian home in a rural setting , 5 miles from Lincoln city centre. Ideal for groups of friends or a family stay and can sleep up to six adults. Children are well catered for and travel cots, children's sized beds are offered. There is a selection of children's books ,toys and games and a high chair, baby bath and baby monitor can be provided. The property offers two comfortable sitting rooms both with large screen TV,s, a well equipped kitchen and utility room. Upstairs each room has original cast iron fireplaces. There are two king size bedrooms and a Victorian bathroom with a cast iron bath . Downstairs there's a further bedroom and a modern shower room. We provide you with a selection of teas and coffees ,breakfast items and some kitchen basics for your convenience. Towels and toiletries are also complimentary. There's is a pretty garden and courtyard and you can just step outside for a lovely walk in a woodland and farm environment. There is parking for two cars and horse boxes and trailers can be parked in our farmyard , ideal for visitors to the Lincolnshire Show, Market Rasen Racecourse and Cadwell Park . Wayside is ideally placed for all of the attractions that Lincolnshire has to offer and provides a great base for both fun and relaxation . A totally luxurious home that combines traditional style with all the mod cons in a lovely private rural area .

“Simply the best!”
A gorgeous home from home, a true gem in a beautiful semi rural location just a short drive from lovely Lincoln. Just a treat!! Stunning walks straight from the front door. Very generously equipped, plus some very kind and thoughtful (local) goodies on arrival ! Landlady Jude is very approachable, kind and helpful, at the end of the phone if one needs her. Simply the best!

“Fabulous house”
We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. Very peaceful yet only a few miles from Lincoln. Plenty of space in the house and a pretty garden.

“A beautiful ,peaceful getaway”
Would definitely stay here again. The house is very spacious,clean and comes with all the little finishing touches that makes it extra special. It's such a relaxing environment. Jude is extremely helpful and pleasant lady .
