This rural detached cottage is situated a mile from the ancient village of North Molton and can sleep four people in three bedrooms.Marsh Cottage is a rural detached cottage situated a mile from the ancient village of North Molton close to the Exmoor National Park. This cottage sleeps four people in one double bedroom and two single bedrooms, and there's a bathroom available. The rest of the cottage consists of a kitchen with dining area and a separate sitting room featuring a piano and an electric fire. To the outside of the cottage there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with furniture. Being located close to Exmoor National Park and also within easy reach of the North Devon beaches, Marsh Cottage will suit adults or couples looking to explore this delightful area. Note: Adults-only property (including any infants)

Electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD with DVDs. Power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and bar at local camp site 10 mins off road walk.
