Down a private lane and surrounded by 800 acres of prime agricultural land this beautifully renovated cottage is part of a Barn Conversion of eight properties. Rural and yet very close to the city centre on what I consider to be the best and most accessible side of Chester with easy access to the race course, main car parks, walls and city centre cafe bars.
There is a spacious ground floor, high specification kitchen with breakfast bar and seating for three, leading to the dining area with seating for six.
The lounge with comfortable seating around the open gas fire and home cinema system.
The cottage benefits from high speed fibre broadband with 500mbps.
A good sized garden with two patios ( to make the most of early and late sun ) reclining garden furniture and lounger, BBQ and patio heater.
On the first floor a master bedroom with king bed leading to a 2nd floor dressing room( more than enough room for an inflatable guest bed or cot ) guest with ensuite double walk in shower.
Double bedroom, single bedroom and family bathroom with large bath and shower.
Located a short distance from Chester City Centre ( 5 minutes by car ) and on the most accessible and convenient side of Chester with easy access to numerous local attractions Chester Races, UK's best and world renowned Zoo, Cheshire Oaks (UK's biggest outlet village) and Blue Planet Aquarium - in under 15 minutes.
Numerous other attractions; Cheshire Ice Cream Farm, Candle Factory, Crocky Trail, Go Ape at Delamere forest all of which are a short drive
For those wishing to perfect their swing Fore Golf driving range and nine hole golf course 1 mile along the lane and two easily accessible national cycle ways for the bicycle and walking enthusiasts.

Response from the owner So pleased you enjoyed your stay, the comments relating to the double bed are noted, however if I had been aware I would have suggested the single bedroom with a second single along side which in effect makes this a super king size bed, or alternatively the master bedroom which has a king bed.. “Perfect weekend getaway”
The house was brilliant! it had everything we needed. I love to cook and the kitchen was excellent, amazingly well equipped for a holiday home. We wanted a quiet weekend and the cottage provided it, wonderful! Beautiful and very comfortable surroundings and a very welcoming host we will definitely be back for a longer period so we can explore the area more.
