lovely waterside appartment with disabled access , has two bedrooms one with a ensuit wet room perfect for wheel chair user or any one else there is a second toilet and sink off the kitchen , great garden , with a gate looking right down the river , watch the boats unload there catch , or the many water birds on the estuary as the tide gos out . just five minutes walk to appledore quay with its many pubs and restaurants as well as village shop and post office

But I will say all my properties are pat tested and I have the certificates too prove it,, I have awards for constant good reviews and have over 130 genuine reviews on booking. Com and an award.. All those reviews are from guests that have actually stayed at the boat yard. Yes your malious behavior has affected my buisness greatly so I hope your now happy...... And too any potential guests reading this.. Please read all the other reviews on air Bnb and booking. Com, those sites only alow guests too write reviews, not just any one,, like this site..

“Very cosy and considerate”
We had a very pleasant stay in the Garden Apartment during a cold weekend in february and it was a welcome and cosy place to come back to after a bracing day out! In a brilliant location close to the centre and the coast path, it’s ideal for ramblers and families alike. The layout is considerate and accessible and we wanted for nothing. The owner was most helpful with excellent communication. We would recommend.

“Lovely setting, lovely views and very helpful owner”
I stayed at the Boat Yard Slip Way between Christmas and the New Year, I woke up to amazing views of the river Dart estuary from the 2nd floor balcony. It's very spacious and has a lovely separate 2nd floor sitting room accessed from a staircase from the kitchen - has more of a house rather than flat feel. It's dog-friendly and Janice the owner couldn't be more helpful.
