Fantastic Central Holiday Location. This comfortable two bed home is located on a popular development adjacent to Poole Harbour. Whether walking, cycling or by car you are well placed for so much fun.

The ground floor is open plan style with lounge, kitchen and dining area. Outside is a private, sunny south facing patio garden with garden furniture, shed and single dedicated private parking space.

The house is furnished with a Panasonic 40in 4K UHD LCD TV with Freeview, Blu-ray player, and Freesat receiver.

Free WiFi broadband internet.

All beds have comfortable deep pocket sprung matresses.

Duvets, linen and towels provided at no extra cost.

Travel cot and highchair available on request.

It is conveniently situated within level walking distance to the quayside with its numerous bars and restaurants, shopping precinct and within a few minutes walk from the Harbourside Park and the attractions of Poole Park, Sports Leisure Centre and a large Sainsbury's supermarket are to be found nearby.

The fantastic Sandbanks beach is a short car or bus journey away. Visit Shell Bay via the roll-on-roll-off Chain Ferry. Go mackerel fishing from the from the quay, take a ferry to Brownsea Island to see the red squirrels, or travel west to visit the beautiful Purbeck Hills, Corfe Castle, the Jurassic Coast and Lulworth Cove. If by any chance it dares to rain while you are on holiday you can visit Tower Park for a spot of bowling, cinema or the "Splashdown" waterpark.

“Great Week in Poole”

We spent a great week in Poole at Ali and James' comfortable house. Unlike some owners of holiday lets, they had gone the extra mile to ensure that everything was as we had hoped, and the house was very clean and beautifully furnished. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to Poole, and would recommend the property to others.

“Perfect location holiday home”

Just arrived back from a wonderful 6 day stay at Sun Ahoy. This holiday home had absolutely everything needed for a self catering holiday. The accommodation is extremely comfortable and is located so close to amenities. We enjoyed the short walk into Poole and also the 50 minute walk to sandbanks beach. Only used the car 1 day for a trip to Corfe castle and Swanage. We highly recommend this holiday let.

“A perfect home in a perfect location!”

The house is lovely! It was extremely clean, so well equipped and the owners, James and Ali, had left a thoughtful welcome gift including prosecco, milk and biscuits. They had cleaned the property themselves and left clear information about what had been done about cleaning regular touch points such as door handles etc. They had also thoughtfully left hand sanitizer among other cleaning products to ensure safety during our stay. The beds are extremely comfortable, the shower is great and the garden was great for drying off wet beach gear. The house is in a perfect location a few minutes walk from Poole Harbour and Poole Park. During the week we visited Durdle Door, went on a fantastic boat trip from the harbour, played crazy golf and did paddle boarding in the park, visited lovely local beaches about 10 minutes drive away and went crabbing at the harbour. We visited many local bars and restaurants which were very welcoming and had good social distancing measures in place. Booking is recommended as they are very popular. Our family had never visited Poole before but would love to return and would definitely book Sun Ahoy again. Our 14 and 16 year old children found that there was plenty to do and thoroughly enjoyed their holiday too. James and Ali texted occasionally to check that all was well and to see if they could help with anything. A perfect holiday. Thank you James and Ali!

“Lovely House Lovely Area”

The house is situated within walking distance of Poole Park, Poole Harbor and Poole town center, We found the place very clean and comfy, had plenty of space and was well decorated. Every thing you needed was provided and the garden was a real sun trap.

“Ideal base”

We used this house in a nicely laid out, quiet residential area as a base for visiting relatives staying on Brownsea Island. Poole itself is easily accessible on foot.
